Apricot Desire 4” blooms start out more on a yellow side and mature into peachy orange blooms. As the weather gets cooler, they darken to a deep coral. I found this color transition very similar to Hollyhill Serenity and Carolina Wagemans. They tend to bloom a little late for me in zone 7b. The plants are tall and vigorous, they get to over 5’ in my garden. Overall Apricot Desire is a lovely waterlily to add to your collection.
